The worst thing that can happen for the AoE2 community is having several unofficial versions of each AI floating around that people are subscribed to because they won't know which version is the best, and they won't be aware of any new updates to the AIs that are released. Please let the scripters upload official versions of their AIs when they are ready. If other people upload these AIs to DE before they are ready, people will have a worse experience with them.
Each of these scripters take great care to optimize their strategies for each civ, and it requires time to write new strategies for the new civs. Updating these AIs for Definitive Edition takes much more work than simply adding a couple lines for the new unique units and techs. If they wanted publicity, they would have found a much easier way to do it. Many of these AI scripts took hundreds of hours to make over the span of several years. Have you actually met any of the scripters who have created these AIs? If you did, you'd know that they absolutely do not do this for publicity. We can never really fight these stubborn guys.
